Contractors Urge Action to Relieve Steel Supply Crisis

The board of directors of the Associated General Contractors of America adopted a resolution on March 12 at its annual convention in Orlando, Fla., seeking “equitable adjustment of fixed-price contracts” to compensate contractors for an unprecedented rise in steel prices that has occurred and is expected to continue indefinitely.

Trinity home protests to go on

Worries about mold, water continue, along with concerns over structural problems.

After widespread protests last weekend, residents of Trinity/Beazer subdivisions say they will continue to voice their complaints about mold and water problems. "We are asking for help," said Terry Davies, a resident of the Huntington Woods subdivision in Zionsville. "We bought these homes in good faith. We didn't expect the water intrusion and mold that has devalued our properties
